New Equipment Policies and Procedures

Due to a shift in tutors, we will be posting new equipment hours early next week.

The following procedures are still in place:

Video classes are 9-1 Monday-Thursdays.  Any overnight equipment must be be returned by 8:45 in the morning.  Students not in the class happening that day must wait until 1 p.m. to check out camera equipment. 

In-class check-outs and check-ins are now restricted to the beginning and end of the class period.  No equipment will be checked out after 9:30 in the morning and equipment cannot be returned until 12:30 pm.   Please see your instructor if there is an extenuating circumstance (a personal project is not an extenuating circumstance).

Also, students must demonstrate competency with the following equipment prior to check-out:

Wireless Mics
Boom Mic
GlideCam
Audio Recorders
Lights

Please be respectful to the tutors and instructors as we work to enforce this process.  Remember, equipment check-out is a privilege, not a right.
