2 Flolight LED 512 lighting units. These are small, light-weight units good for studio or location lighting. They are tungsten balanced but can be gels can convert them to daylight. They are very bright but have built-in dimmers.
2 Bescor LED 128 on-camera lighting units. These battery operated units are dimmable, daylight balanced, and include tungsten gels.
17" BlackMagic Design LCD HD-SDI Control Room Reference monitor. This monitor is used by the director to evaluate any HD-SDI image directly from the switcher on a high-quality 17" monitor in preview mode to be sure color, exposure, and focus are on-air ready.
The studio Multi-view monitor has been wired in SDI mode to exactly mirror the TV Control monitor. This will allow the studio crew to view the same functions as the Contol Room Crew.
Sound treatment in TV Control B has been completed.
Sound treatment and equipment/software upgrades have been completed in the small advanced labs, 119A, 118A and 118B. Five audio and video workstations are now available in these rooms for students who want extra-quiet recording space and audio monitoring through speakers.
