Brenda Rushing recently completed her AAS degree in Broadcasting and Production Technology here at Gaston College. She will be working in the BPT equipment room on Mon, Tues & Thurs. When not working at Gaston College, Brenda spends her time volunteering at her church's television studio, operating the switcher and the chyron generator (CG).
She hopes to get a job working in video post production for a corporation or a church.
Brenda's advice for new students: "Stay focused and committed. Take advantage of every opportunity."
Brenda spent all summer helping us get the new facility ready for fall classes. We are grateful to have her working with us.
